BJC Health Care seeks an L&D professional to design and deliver high-impact learning that supports safe, high-quality patient care and employee growth. In this role, you will assess learning needs, build engaging instructor-led and digital programs, and support clinical and non-clinical teams across our St. Louis-based health system. You will partner with leaders and subject-matter experts to align training with strategic goals, measure outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and equity in a mission-driven environment focused on community impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs assessments across clinical and non-clinical teams
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs
• Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops
• Implement and manage learning through an LMS and related tools
• Collaborate with leaders and subject-matter experts to align programs with strategic goals
• Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback; refine programs accordingly
• Support onboarding and ongoing development pathways for staff and leaders
• Ensure learning content reflects regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, equity, and inclusion
• Manage L&D projects, timelines, and stakeholder communication
