Training Instructor / Specialist, Adult & Continuing Education, Learning & Development Specialist
The Automobile Club of Missouri, part of AAA - The Auto Club Group, is seeking an Associate Trainer to support learning across our finance, insurance, and member service operations. In this role, you will deliver classroom and virtual training for new hires and existing staff on insurance products, member service standards, systems, and safety-focused processes. You will assist with developing and updating training materials, track learner progress, and provide coaching to drive performance.

Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on finance, insurance, and member services processes
- Support onboarding of new hires in member services, insurance, and operations roles
- Assist in developing and updating training materials, presentations, and e learning modules
- Coach employees on systems, policies, compliance, and service quality standards
- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback to drive skill and knowledge improvement
- Track training attendance, assessments, and certification completion in learning systems
- Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and skills gaps
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AAA products, road safety, and insurance regulations
- Promote a member-first, safety-focused culture in all training activities
- Support continuous improvement of training programs through feedback and data analysis
