About the RoleWe are seeking a Manager to join a high‑impact team focused on wholesale electricity market policy across North America. This role goes beyond traditional regulatory compliance, with a focus on translating complex policy developments into actionable business insights that inform investment decisions and commercial strategy. In addition to strong analytical capabilities, this role requires active engagement with external stakeholders, including Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs), regulators, and other industry participants.
The Manager will represent LS Power in stakeholder processes, build relationships across the market, and help shape the company’s position on key regulatory developments. This is a cross‑functional and externally facing role, working closely with asset management, trading, and development teams while also establishing credibility and influence with market operators and peer organizations.
- Monitor and actively participate in stakeholder proceedings across RTOs/ISOs, including PJM, MISO, SPP, NYISO, ISO-NE, CAISO, and ERCOT.
