Position

Nooter/Eriksen is seeking an Aftermarket
Support Coordinator to join our Aftermarket Team. This role is responsible for providing customers with support and major retrofits for existing Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGS) and Industrial Power Boilers. This position is located in Fenton, MO. The expectation is that this will be a hybrid position depending on business needs.

Day In The Life

The Aftermarket Support Coordinator will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day activities of the Aftermarket group to ensure that sales are maximized and that large projects are executed with minimal issues. This involves creating quotes for parts and services, with a focus on small-parts orders; developing, maintaining, and tracking Aftermarket Product Inventory and the warehouse; maintaining the inventory of standard parts stored in the NE office;

tracking parts orders and following up directly with customers or coordinating with the Account Coordinator as needed; processing parts orders, including shipping items from inventory and ensuring fulfillment of customer-ordered small parts; assisting with tracking and reviewing supplier documentation for small-parts orders, including reviewing drawings for accuracy of scope and ensuring suppliers update drawings to reflect N/E s comments; occasionally assisting with HRSG inspections and back-pressure testing;

expediting suppliers both remotely and in person, including occasional shop inspections; handling incoming and outgoing Aftermarket shipments, including warehouse items and rush deliveries to nearby drop-off locations; creating and maintaining procedural documentation related to assigned duties; maintaining and assisting in the development of Aftermarket standard forms, electronic file structures, and Account Coordinator territory information; maintaining inventory required for inspections; developing Spare Parts Books for new HRSG projects.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS. We want the person selected for this role to be successful! The following qualifications are essential to be effective in this role:

  • Associate degree, Technical or Vocational education preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in HRSG s, industrial boilers or a related industry, including reviewing CAD drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access) and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam to review technical specifications to fully specify requirements to suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to read, write, problem solve, make quick decisions, interpret data and analyze results; effective written and verbal communication is essential.

Domestic travel possible in special circumstances for this role up to 10% including climbing stair towers, ladders and entering confined spaces during plant visits and inspections.
