** Job Summary
**** Job Description
** Responsibilities:
* Perform failure analyses of motors returned to St. Louis and drive corrective actions with Nidec plants
* Conduct customer on-site visits to review Quality issues and drive improvement actions
* Host periodic meetings with customers to review Quality metrics
* Utilize problem-solving tools such as 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto, etc.
* Perform data analytics, reporting, and management presentations
* Respond to customers’ corrective action (SCAR/8D) requests
* Work with Nidec St. Louis Engineers to support new product developments

Requirements:
* Strong knowledge on Quality Problem-Solving Tools and Statistics
* Familiar with product reliability testing
* Experience in motor assembly and manufacturing
* Willing to travel, U.S. domestic and international
* Able to work with global cross-functional teams
* Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred

Skills:

* Strong oral and written English language communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
* Data analytics using MS Excel or Minitab

Education:

* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

* 3+ years in Quality Assurance gained from working in motor manufacturing or similar field
