- (L1/L2) B.S. Mechanical Engineering (or related) or equivalent technical experience.
- (L1) 3+ years in 7FA turbine repair, rotating equipment repair, manufacturing engineering, or shop-facing mechanical engineering.
- (L2) 5+ years in 7FA turbine/rotor repair engineering or rotating equipment repair with shop execution support.
- (L1/L2) Ability to read drawings/prints, work with measurement data, and interpret inspection/NDE outputs.
- (L1/L2) Comfortable being on the shop floor, partnering with Operations/Machining/Welding/NDE, and driving technical items to closure.
- (L2) Proven ownership of repair methodology decisions and job documentation through final release (not analysis-only).
