  • Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation
  • Translate customer requirements into engineered, manufacturable packaging solutions

Testing, Quality & Performance

  • Conduct product testing, load validation, and failure analysis
  • Ensure products meet safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers to review materials, construction methods, and compliance requirements
  • Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions

Manufacturing & Supplier Collaboration

  • Support procurement and operations in evaluating supplier capabilities and materials
  • Help resolve technical issues related to manufacturing, logistics, or product performance
  • Maintain and update manufacturing partner certifications

Continuous Improvement & Sustainability

  • Identify opportunities to improve product durability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency
  • Optimize existing products using customer feedback, performance data, and industry trends
  • Support sustainability initiatives through smart material selection, design efficiency, and waste reduction

Customer & Sales Support

  • Act as a technical resource for the sales team and key customers
  • Participate in customer meetings to discuss performance expectations and custom solutions
  • Create technical data sheets, product documentation, and training materials
  • Manage customer claims in collaboration with sales and manufacturing partners

  • 2+ years of engineering experience in packaging, textiles, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of materials, structural integrity, load testing, and product design fundamentals
