** Job Description
** The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the development and performance of a product line from conception to delivery. This includes conducting market research, creating product development plans, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and analyzing sales data to ensure product success.

** Responsibilities & Duties:

** Responsibilities & Duties:
** Product Strategy and Planning
* Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements.
* Define product requirements and specifications based on market demands and technological advancements.

Product Development
* Lead the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure product feasibility, functionality, and quality.
* Manage product timelines, milestones, and budget to deliver products on schedule and within budget constraints.
* Conduct testing and validation to ensure product performance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize development tasks and resolve technical challenges.
* Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
* Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless production and product availability.

Go-to-Market Strategy
