We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer PE to join our Greater St. Louis office and take on challenging site development and redevelopment projects. In this role you will work on complex, high-profile initiatives that shape communities and deliver innovative civil engineering solutions.
Responsibilities- Work with internal, external, and stakeholder teams to complete construction documents for site development, water resources, and civil projects.
- Act as a technical resource, providing guidance and insight to address technical processes within the project.
- Represent Arcadis to external teams and stakeholders, establishing robust, positive relationships through effective communication and technical guidance.
- Organize project structure and processes, including staff planning, quality controls, design oversight, and budgets.
- Oversee and, when necessary, prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients.
- Ensure quality controls and professional standards are met; provide training, mentoring, and supervision of team members as needed.
- Motivate team members to meet goals and objectives.
- Manage the budget for large projects or tasks.
- Mo. licensed (PE) Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in land and site development projects.
- Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector, including single-site and municipal-type projects and development of construction documents for public sector clients.
- Strong consulting skills, including project management and client relationship management at the senior level.
- Proficient in leading Civil Engineering Teams, building cohesive project culture.
- Proficient in developing project plans addressing intricate civil engineering challenges, meeting or surpassing stakeholder expectations while maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Technical proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Micro Station (considered an asset).
- Competitive salary range: $101,376 – $152,064 per year.
