- Oversee MI program reviews and procedure implementation and updates, audits, and self‑assessments, support corrective action development and closure.
- Contribute to lessons learned from failures, near misses, and abnormal findings to strengthen the MI program.
- Collaborate with project managers, contracted equipment inspectors, and other contracted personnel onsite.

- Review and evaluate inspection reports from internal and third‑party inspectors.
- Clearly document inspection results, deficiencies, and recommendations in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or asset integrity management system.
- Communicate inspection findings to maintenance, engineering, and operations to ensure timely remediation.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations to safely execute inspections without disrupting production.
- Support planning and scheduling of inspection work during outages and routine operations.
- Interface with third‑party inspection firms, ensuring scope alignment and quality of deliverables.
- Assist engineering with fitness‑for‑service evaluations, repair recommendations, and material selection.
- Comply with existing procedures for program adherence and make recommendations for updates and improvements where gaps exist.
- Collaborate with other process safety program owners/engineers to ensure seamless program integration through covered process boundaries and scoping, instrumented safety systems, and other process safety management areas.
- Provide equipment data and help develop integrity operating windows (IOWs) and safe operating limits for equipment.
- Provide oversight and support external audits related to MI and process safety.
- Function as an owner’s representative in quality assurance reviews for deliverables received from contracted inspection personnel.
- Serve as the site’s representative and single point of contact with the St. Louis City, for jurisdictional equipment…
