Job Summary
As an Intern with the Nidec Aerospace team, you will have the opportunity to apply and develop your expertise to manufacture electric propulsion systems for battery-powered aircraft, enabling the world to sustainably and efficiently get from point A to point
B. Nidec Aerospace is a joint venture between Nidec and Embraer focused on electrifying aircraft and supporting the aerospace industry’s transition to net‑zero carbon emissions by 2050.
- Support design engineers from ideation to production and help advance technology in transport decarbonization.
- Assist in the manufacturing of electric propulsion systems for aircraft.
- Collaborate with a diverse, experienced team to solve complex technical issues.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree program in a related field of engineering.
- Strong academic background with relevant coursework in engineering.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Gain practical experience in product development.
- Work closely with experienced engineering professionals.
