Role accountabilities- Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects
- Preparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients
- Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater, and utility improvements
- Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments
- Work with municipalities on necessary permits
- Project management of site development or redevelopment
- Missouri licensed (PE) or PE‑candidate Civil Engineer with 5 or more years of experience in land and site development
- Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector with project work such as single‑site and municipal‑type projects, and the development of construction documents for public sector clients including cities, counties, water districts, etc.
- Proficient skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D software, and Micro Station (considered an asset)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- The ability to work well with team members as well as project stakeholders

- Nine paid holidays and 15 days paid time off that accrue per year
- Salary range $90,000 - $121,000, actual salaries will vary based on experience, education, budget, and location
