* Position Responsibilities:

* ** Level 3*
* + Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.

+ Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.

+ Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for small programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

+ Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities.

+ Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

+ Performs analysis, tests and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

+ Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.

+ Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances.

+ Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

+ Works under general direction.

** Level 4*
* + Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.

+ Provides interpretation of complex requirements.

+ Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.

+ Develops Quality criteria to support supplier selection activities. Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.

+ Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.

+ Assists in development of new standards repairs for non-conformances.

+ Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.

+ Develops and implements corrective actions.

+ Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

+ Works under minimal direction.

** This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.*
* ** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

+ 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

+ 3+ years of experience with quality Inspection and/or auditing

+ 3+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) methods

+ 3+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + 1+ years of experience with FAI

+ 3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment

+ 3+ years of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation

Level 4

+ 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

+ 5+ years of experience with quality Inspection and/or auditing

+ 5+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) methods

+ 5+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes
