Compensation: $59 - $114/hour-pay

As a Civil Engineering Technologist and Technician, leveraging your expertise in civil design and technology to help train advanced AI models. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of infrastructure solutions by transforming your industry knowledge into actionable data, empowering next-generation AI technologies.

• Utilize your civil engineering design and technical skills to annotate, review, and validate AI training data
• Collaborate with AI specialists to identify and communicate key civil engineering concepts needed for model development
• Translate complex civil engineering problems and processes into structured data sets for algorithmic use
• Provide expertise on civil drafting, design methodologies, and construction documentation for AI learning
• Review and edit technical materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance for AI training
• Communicate findings and feedback clearly in both written reports and virtual meetings
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of AI model training

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related discipline
• Proven experience in civil design, drafting, or construction documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient with industry-standard CAD and civil design software
• Ability to distill complex engineering concepts into clear, accessible information
• Strong organizational and self-management skills, especially in a remote setting
• Commitment to accuracy and high-quality data output

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or technical teams
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects
• Previous work in remote roles or tech-driven environments
