• Fire protection and life safety
• Fire sprinkler systems
• Facility assessments (including SOCs)
• Fire sprinkler corrosion assessment
• Computer fire and egress modeling
• Fire alarm systems
• Hazardous materials analysis
• Mass notification systems
• Accessibility (ADA)
• Low voltage / ICT systems

As a member of the CCI team your responsibilities will include:

• Performing fire protection and life safety tasks related to client consultation and project management on a wide variety of areas.
• Interfacing with other CCI team members, clients and Building/Fire Protection Professionals.
• Participating in business development initiatives to expand and develop CCI's client base.
• Participating in the growth and development of the New York office, and CCI as a whole.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• 10 to 20 years of experience in Fire Protection and Life Safety engineering and consulting.
• A degree in Architectural, Civil, Engineering Management, Fire Protection, or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Be motivated by growth opportunities for themselves and the company.
