BR+A is seeking applicants for a Commissioning Engineer/Project Manager position in our St. Louis, MO office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of commissioning experience and previously demonstrated commissioning project management experience, including technical, financial, project development (planning, staffing, client management, execution, reporting, closeout). Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to counsel clients and their project teams through the complex maze of the commissioning process, and the ability to secure and manage technical resources required to execute commissioning projects per plans, specifications, and project schedule are also necessary.

- Business development, by prospecting for commissioning opportunities & new pursuits.
- Estimating fees, issuing proposals, closing business, and executing the project.
- Assist in filling positions required to accomplish the work.
- Develop, maintain and publish commissioning documents on commissioning software platforms and in project documentation systems such as Procore and Building Connected.
- Manage resources to successfully execute new and existing business.
- Complete work backlog while managing to exceed client expectations.
- Travel frequently – about 75% of the time in- and out-of-state.
