The Role

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Project Management Supervisor to lead and support the successful delivery of large‑scale electric transmission and utility infrastructure projects. In this role, you will mentor a team of Transmission Project Managers while overseeing project performance, budget forecasting, and compliance across a portfolio of complex capital projects.

This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strong alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Lead and mentor Transmission Project Managers through all phases of electric transmission projects, including initiation, routing and siting, engineering and design, procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and project closeout.
  • Oversee project performance by monitoring schedule, cost, safety, risk, and quality metrics to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage capital project forecasts for a portfolio of transmission projects ranging from approximately $50M–$100M, including tracking spend and communicating budget updates or variances to stakeholders.
  • Review and support project governance documentation, including Project Execution Plans (PEPs), project authorization packages, and other materials required for client funding and approval processes.
  • Ensure compliance with client standards and project governance processes, including stage‑gate reviews, construction governance requirements, and regulatory procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, environmental, permitting, supply chain, construction, and operations to support successful project execution.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders on project performance and portfolio status.
  • Travel up to 10% for client meetings, project site visits, and stakeholder coordination.
