Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation/Open Roads;
- Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes;
- Work with experienced designers and project managers as well as collaborate with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects;
- Primarily work on projects in Missouri and Kansas with opportunities to support regional projects;
- Efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering;
- Kansas Professional Engineer licensed or the ability to obtain within 6 months;
- 4–7 years of experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations;
- Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians;
- Background in traffic engineering design is helpful;
- Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation.
$79,000 – $135,000
