With a reputation built on innovation, speed to market, and integrated project delivery, the business combines engineering expertise with construction execution to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.

As an ESOP company, it fosters a culture of ownership, accountability, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types across the U.S.
  • Prepare calculations, design reports, and technical documentation for permit and construction phases
  • Collaborate with drafters, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated project delivery
  • Conduct design reviews and peer checks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost optimisation

  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and design standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across project teams
What They Offer
  • Competitive base salary with an industry-leading performance-based bonus program
  • 100% employee‑owned ESOP structure
  • 401(k) with Traditional and Roth options
  • One‑month paid sabbatical every five years, plus $5,000 travel stipend
  • 3 weeks' vacation plus additional leave benefits
  • Paid volunteer time + charitable contribution matching

Why Join

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, employee‑owned organisation that blends the backing of a national design‑build leader with the technical depth of a specialist structural consultancy. Engineers benefit from early project involvement, exposure to a wide range of projects, and the ability to see designs through to construction — offering both technical development and real project impact.
