Position Summary

With data‑driven innovators passionate about making a difference in the lives of pets, we create cutting‑edge digital and automation solutions that solve complex problems a Senior Engineer in Digital & Automation, you’ll lead digital transformation initiatives across engineering design and manufacturing operations. The role requires strong technology leadership and a digital integration mindset.
Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies in machine vision, spectroscopy, sensor fusion, advanced automation, and robotics to drive continuous innovation
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to convert business needs into robust, scalable digital solutions
- Lead proof of concept, validation, integration, and industrialization of digital solutions to enable real‑time data processing, analysis, control, and decision‑making
- Optimize production lines by designing and establishing digital and automation standards and ensuring successful deployment and adoption across factories
- Perform system assessment, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement for manufacturing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience applying advanced knowledge of data analytics, machine vision, or robotics to build practical, scalable solutions
- Expertise in industrial automation, information technology, and software engineering
- Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication, visualization, and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to lead technical projects from concept to completion
- Ability to travel up to 30%
The approximate pay range for this position is $100,000 to $132,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
