Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and confident Scheduler responsible for the overall development, maintenance and update of the proposal schedules and/or project schedules using Oracle Primavera (P6) for intensive construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and maintain large-scale project schedules, incorporating activity durations, key milestones, equipment utilization, manpower planning, and cost/revenue forecasting.
- Create proposal schedules to support bid pursuits in collaboration with the Preconstruction team.
- Establish and maintain schedule baselines, providing regular updates throughout the project lifecycle to ensure workload balance, prioritization, and performance alignment.
- Perform detailed schedule analysis including variance analysis, root cause evaluation, and critical path analysis.
- Identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Produce standard and ad hoc reporting; consolidate scheduling inputs from multiple sources into unified, actionable reports.
- Partner closely with Estimating and Operations to monitor schedule performance, identify variances, and drive mitigation strategies.
- Analyze labor loading and capacity requirements; contribute to achieving cost, quality, and delivery performance metrics.
- Train and mentor, a backup Primavera P6 super user; coach Project Managers to independently perform defined schedule updates.
- BS in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of project scheduling experience, including at least 3+ years supporting active construction projects.
- Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 or comparable scheduling software.
- Demonstrated understanding of schedule risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.

COMPENSATION:- Salary commensurate with experience
