Our client, a leading life sciences and pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Principal Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting capital project and construction teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead capital project work streams ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
• Provide senior-level engineering expertise for life science and pharmaceutical projects
• Collaborate with site, construction, and project teams to drive decisions
• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing stakeholder communication
• Review RFIs, submittals, and maintain project documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (process engineering preferred)
• 15+ years of capital project and construction experience
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience (cleanroom/classified spaces required)
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and engineering standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
