Maintenance Reliability Engineer

Lead maintenance safety and environmental compliance initiatives. Provide technical assistance to the maintenance department and be the maintenance liaison with plant engineering and operations. Lead predictive and preventative maintenance programs. Provide maintenance support to plant. Lead energy efficiency programs steam, air, nitrogen, and training. Provide daily supervision of maintenance mechanical department. Maintain and improve mechanical systems, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.

Direct and coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Inspect, maintain installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design, equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. Provide technical assistance to operations. Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred). 3 plus years of work experience in the Chemical/Petrochemical/Refining or related Manufacturing environment. Good working knowledge of Maintenance and Reliability Best Practices including RCM, RCFA, Bad actor improvements, Precision maintenance and Preventive/Predictive maintenance.
