Our client, a leading life sciences and pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a  
** Principal project engineer
** to join their team. As a  
** Project Manager** , you will be part of the Engineering Department  
** supporting capital project and construction teams.
** The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead capital project work streams ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule

+ Provide senior-level engineering expertise for life science and pharmaceutical projects

+ Collaborate with site, construction, and project teams to drive decisions

+ Identify and mitigate project risks while managing stakeholder communication

+ Review RFIs, submittals, and maintain project documentation

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering (process engineering preferred)

+ 15+ years of capital project and construction experience

+ Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience (cleanroom/classified spaces required)

+ Knowledge of cGMP regulations and engineering standards

+ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
