Responsible for supporting regional capital investment projects in the Americas Region, specifically at our site in Idaho. Shares ownership with other team members for successful project outcomes. Ensure compliance with industry and Bayer engineering standards; has up-to-date knowledge of mechanical engineering best practices and implementations. Responsible for providing discipline design documentation to multiple sites and multiple projects concurrently. Serves as a consultant to management within mechanical engineering area of expertise.

Responsible for cost control and communication of progress during project execution. Provide technical advice and consultation to support manufacturing, engineering, HSE and marketing/sales processes in accordance with the safety, environmental, and economic goals and standards. May provide functional leadership to a small group of technicians. Transfers knowledge for the good of the corporation.
