** Tooling Mechanic
** to support the Tooling Team in  
** Berkeley, MO** !

* Position Responsibilities:

*
* + Fabricate, maintain, modify, & install various forms of tooling, such as large and small engineering test fixtures, fabrication equipment, etc. in collaboration with engineering design teams

+ Utilize manual equipment to fabricate or modify various tooling components(Examples: Marvel saw, mill, manual lathe, surface grinder, drill press, etc.)

+ Other responsibilities to include:
Blueprint Reading, 3D Model Interrogation, Machining, Tooling Inspection, Laser Tracking

** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + 3+ years' of experience working in a tool fabrication environment.

+ High school graduate or GED

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* +

Experience with Aerospace tool fabrication

+ Certificate or Degree or Technical Trade School Certificate (Or appropriate apprenticeship completion)

+ 1+ years' of experience in programming & operating CNC machinery

+

Experience with Software (MasterCAM, NX, Verisurf, etc.)

+ Experience using manual inspection and CPU driven equipment such Laser Trackers

Once any required training has been completed all new employees will be considered on probation for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of the probationary period.

* This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required

Summary pay range: $30.00/hourly - $53.27/hourly
