Our client, a leading life sciences and pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Principal project engineer to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting capital project and construction teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem‑solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead capital project work streams ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
• Provide senior‑level engineering expertise for life science and pharmaceutical projects
• Collaborate with site, construction, and project teams to drive decisions
• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing stakeholder communication
• Review RFIs, submittals, and maintain project documentation

• 15+ years of capital project and construction experience
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience (cleanroom/classified spaces required)
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and engineering standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
