Synergetic Industries is looking for an Aerospace Design Engineer to work in both the Military and Commercial Aerospace sectors. The candidate will complete designs via model changes and updates, produce 3‑D annotated model packages with GD&T, notes, and other dimensions for suppliers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams. A background in aerospace with knowledge of standards, structures, and composite materials is preferred;
other engineering backgrounds will be considered based on required tools and skills. The candidate is expected to deliver high‑quality designs to the customer. This position requires the applicant to be a US citizen.
Skills:
- NX V-4 through V-8 or Catia 5
- Model Based Definition (MBD) knowledge preferred
- Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T) experience
- Microsoft Office
- Teamcenter PLM and Enovia
- Good oral and written communication skills
- BS/MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 1 to 5+ years of experience
- Or 10+ years working in Aerospace Engineering
