The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Senior
Manufacturing Engineer located in the St. Louis Missouri area.

Position Overview: In this role, you will support airplane subsystem manufacturing
, production readiness
, and delivery center flyaway operations
. You will be a key technical leader, partnering across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to improve producibility, strengthen manufacturing processes, and ensure successful delivery of advanced aerospace products.

- Support delivery center and flyaway operations by improving flow, increasing efficiency, and strengthening product quality and delivery performance.
- Apply data analysis, engineering principles, and hands-on problem solving to identify and implement meaningful improvements.
- Participate in design, production, and readiness reviews, providing expert input on manufacturability, assembly, tooling, producibility, and risk mitigation.
- Lead or contribute to root cause analysis, corrective action, and systemic problem-solving efforts.
- Help ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing production environment.
- Influence improvements that support cost, schedule, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent…
