Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Project Manager role will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management, specifically in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome project challenges and obstacles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal construction and safety regulations.
- A professional engineer (PE) license is preferred.
