Keeley Construction is looking to hire an Senior
Project Manager for our Industrial Manufacturing Group in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
  • Ability to manage multiple project teams and plan/schedule multiple projects.

    Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
  • Balance time between projects, estimating, and business development.
  • Maintainpositiveworking relationships with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and other team members.
  • Overseeprojectengineers,assistantprojectmanagers,project managers,andfield staff.

    Takeeniorpresponsibility for growing and guiding their team’s growth within their roles.

    Opinion sand adviceofthe senior project manageraresought out to overcome challenge sand constructability.
  • Partake sin proposal meetings to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas.
  • Maintain all profit and performance responsibility on projects.

    Strong financial and resource management skillsto forecast project costs, subcontractor outcomes, andidentifyand rectify potential and actual risks associated with their projects.
  • Manages the buyout process and theselectionof subcontractors.
  • Responsible for all contracts & subcontractor/vendor roles associated with their projects.
  • Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations.
  • Participate in strategic planning for Business Unit/Region.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of eight years of experience performing primary responsibilities listed above.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.
  • Background of technical skills and understanding of excavation, utilities, wastewater, and earthwork methods.
  • Ability to build andmaintaina positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients.
