* ** Project Engineer
** to join the  
** Signature Integrity Software Team
** in  
** Berkeley, MO
** as a Team Lead.

Signature Integrity is the ability to manufacture and maintain to an electro physics signature performance, evaluate defects, and provide signature status through signature management systems. A successful member of this team will lead project alignment and development of a system for production and champion integration into other digital systems and IT infrastructure.

* Position Responsibilities:

*
* + Provides project leadership to a software development team representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers

+ Works with customers and management to obtain approvals, develop implementation strategies, plans, and coordinates with the Signature Integrity Lead.

+ Participates in and responds to requirement changes from a Configuration Control Board, assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules

+ Leads project to complete the work statement

+ Identify performance metrics, plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the life of the project

+ Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity

+ Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned

+ Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans

+ Works under minimal direction

** This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Berkeley, MO.*
* ** Travel may be required up to 10% of the time;
Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs.*
* ** This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).*
* ** This position requires ability to obtain Special Program Access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.*

* ** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):*
* + Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

+ 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience

+ 5+ years' experience in engineering project planning or project management

+ Ability to lead a team

+ Relevant experience with software, networks, or IT.

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + Knowledge with the full life cycle process of software systems and development

+

Experience with engineering tool development & integration

+ Experience working with customers

+ 2 years' experience developing project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risks

+ Basic experience utilizing digital tools such as JIRA, Gitlab, Confluence, etc for project management

+ Strong written and verbal communication, including interface and presentation skills to all levels of employees and Leadership

+ 1 year of technical writing experience in work, or internship(s)

+ Prior exposure to Agile framework, but not required

+ Prior knowledge of signature management processes or systems but not required.
