** Job Description
** The Senior Manager – Solutions Engineering is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of the Solutions Engineering function, including team leadership, process development, and cross-functional alignment.

This role ensures the team effectively supports customer-facing solution development—from early engagement and requirements definition through solution design, documentation, deployment, and post-sales support.
** Responsibilities
* *** Product Management & Engineering Collaboration
*** Establish structured feedback loops to Product Management on market needs, product gaps, and emerging applications
* Collaborate with Engineering to validate solution feasibility and guide minor product adaptations where needed
* Influence product roadmap based on application insights and customer demand
** Deployment & Post-Sales Support Oversight
*** Ensure effective support for system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting
* Drive continuous improvement in deployment success, reliability, and customer satisfaction
* Monitor field performance and identify opportunities for solution optimization   
** Training & Commercial Enablement
*** Oversee development and delivery of technical training for Sales and commercial teams
* Ensure consistent messaging around product capabilities and solution approaches
* Build technical competency across the organization to support scalable growth       
** Operational Excellence & Performance Management
*** Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Solutions Engineering function (e.g., win rates, time-to-solution, customer satisfaction)
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability
* Manage resource allocation and prioritize activities based on business impact
