The compensation range for this role is $83,365 - $113,780 per year. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

Preferred
Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of aircraft structures design and repair with practical hands on aircraft engineering experience and technical problem solving. The ability to use computer aided design tools such as Solid Works, CATIA V5, AutoCAD, or similar in the design, analysis, or interrogation of aircraft structures, cabin monuments, and systems. Must have experience providing shop floor instructions and working directly with the technical workforce technicians, leads, and managers.
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaborative skills and the ability to effectively communicate the organization's position with external and internal customers.
- The ability to effectively work with and support a multi-disciplined team of engineers, mechanics, technicians, managers, etc
- Experience designing aircraft structural repair drawings with basic static stress analysis in support of the drawing
- Aircraft or aviation MRB experience creating dispositions in a manufacturing environment
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb stands and ladders and move about typical aircraft work platforms.
- Experience designing aircraft structural repair drawings using basic static stress analysis in support of the drawing.
- Flexibility to move quickly from one assignment to the next and the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
- Experience with parts manufacturing methods, techniques and practices and the ability to support manufacturing teams to resolve discrepancies.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 4 years manufacturing engineering, design engineering, or related technical experience. Position
Purpose:
Under moderate supervision, provides direct technical support to manufacturing operations and internal customers. Develops procedures and processes to streamline and optimize manufacturing operations. Interfaces with external suppliers for supplier related issues. Provides guidance and mentoring to entry level OE staff members.
