Assistant Regional Manager (Transportation)
Horner & Shifrin is seeking a full-time Assistant Regional Manager in our Transportation business unit. This position requires 10+ years of experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Interact and communicate with clients, vendors, and staff of all levels.
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
- Lead a team to develop engineering plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E).
- Perform transportation engineering analyses and calculations
- Lead general transportation engineering services for municipal, county, and state agencies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and feasibility studies.
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical thinking and analysis
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proficient in the use of Micro Station, Open Roads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must complete a background check
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
SALARY RANGE:Horner & Shifrin, Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package and is committed to fair, competitive, market-based compensation. The target salary range for this position is $105,000 to $165,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
