Civil Project Manager- St Louis

A growing multidisciplinary engineering and surveying firm is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer looking to lead impactful site development projects, mentor junior engineers, build strong client relationships, and progress into senior leadership.

• Manage land development projects from entitlement through design and construction documentation.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and design staff.
• Perform QA/QC reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support business development and client relationship activities.
• Help drive the growth and success of the land development practice.

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong background in land development and site design.
• Experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
