Compensation$110,000-$150,000+
- Hybrid set up, 1 day remote/week

Tiello has partnered with a well-established Engineering Firm in the St Louis area on their search for a Civil Engineer

The Civil Engineer will be involved in every phase of project delivery, from planning and design through construction support, while collaborating with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges and taking ownership of projects.
Job Responsibilities- Design and prepare plans for site development, grading, drainage, utility, and roadway projects.
- Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams throughout all phases of project delivery.
- Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and permit submittals.
- Coordinate with project managers to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.
- Provide construction administration and technical support as projects move into the field.
- Build strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PE license is required
- Experience in civil engineering, land development, municipal, transportation, or site design projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal engineering standards and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated team player with a desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of projects.
