Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members’ financial, physical, and mental well‑being. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.
ResponsibilitiesWhat We Offer:
- Professional Poker Training – Taught by instructors. ($13.75 per hour training pay)
- Employment Opportunity Upon Successful Completion – Pass your audition and be offered a position as a Poker Dealer.

- Duration: 2–3 weeks of structured classroom and hands‑on training.
- Location:
On‑site at Hollywood Casino St. Louis - Schedule:
1pm – 4pm (Tuesday – Friday)
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Prior casino experience not required, but poker game knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and basic math proficiency.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.
