Job Description
William Hill U.S., America's leading sports book provider, has immediate openings at its sports book. Do you love interacting with the public? Thrive in a fast‑paced work environment? If you answered yes, keep on reading. Reporting to the Sports book Manager, you will be the face of our retail operation. By providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors, you will ensure everyone feels welcome at our sports book(s).
As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will help advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.

- Provide a top tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly.
- Ensure you adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and the gaming control board to avoid penalties.
- Become familiar with our betting options and engage customers in conversations about them.
- Work to resolve customer disputes or complaints and, when necessary, escalated to a direct supervisor.
- Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and leadership.
- Ensure that all required paperwork and documentation are completed in accordance with company policy.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Flexible availability.
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., email, MS Excel, internet).
- Minimum of one year of cash handling experience in a work setting.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Age 21+.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if required.
- High level of customer service.
- Flexible schedule: nights, weekends, and some holidays preferred.
- Professional presentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to do simple math.
- Understanding and responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set by the company and Gaming Control Board.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, pull, or push 25 lbs.
- Must be able to write for extended periods of time and twist, bend or reach without significant boundaries.
