Sr. Customer Service Spec.
The Sr. Service Support Specialist assists with business development by responding to telephone calls and written correspondence from clients, Financial Advisors, and internal associates. This role ensures service is accurate, complete, and timely. This position requires on-site training for the initial 4-5 weeks, after which it will be remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness within a team environment.
- Utilize sound judgment, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Partner with Financial Advisors to develop a business plan and deliver on a client service model.
- Support the team's marketing strategy, including managing digital and social media platforms and planning client events.
- Engage in available training and education programs to stay current on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
- Perform administrative duties such as telephone coverage, travel arrangements, coordinating client meetings, and calendar maintenance.
- Proactively participate in firm initiatives as directed by local management.
Required Qualifications
Education:
High school education is required.
Experience:
Prior customer service experience is required.
Technical
Skills:
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products are required. Proficient typing skills are also necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree is beneficial.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
