Primary Functions

  • Stifel Theatre is seeking a very organized, customer-focused Ticket Operations Coordinator to oversee all aspects of ticketing operations for concerts, comedy shows, Broadway productions, special events & family entertainment. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate setup and management of ticketed events, maintaining ticket inventory, supporting on-sales and presales and delivering an exceptional guest experience through box office operations. Though our office is a team of St.

    Louis Blues and Enterprise Center primary focus will be on Stifel Theatre. Primary Functions:
  • Coordinate all ticketing operations for events at Stifel Theatre.
  • Build and maintain events within the ticketing platform, ensuring accuracy of seating manifests, pricing, ticket inventory and event information.
  • Partner with promoters, artist representatives, marketing, finance and venue operations to execute successful ticket launches and event settlement.
  • Maintain a positive rapport with promoters, providing reports, assistance, and information promptly and accurately upon request.
  • Review or perform balancing, depositing, and reporting of daily ticket receipts in conjunction with other staff members.
  • Provide excellent customer service and execute efficient box office window procedures
  • Collaborate with Guest Experience staff during events to resolve guest concerns and any seat discrepancies, when necessary.
  • Monitor ticket sales and prepare reports for management and event stakeholders.
  • Resolve ticketing issues and customer service concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls and ticketing procedures.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Supervise seller staff day to day & maintain seller schedule.

  • Review or perform balancing, depositing, and reporting of daily ticket receipts in conjunction with other staff members.

Qualifications
  • Experience working in performing arts center, theater, arena or concert venue.
  • Familiarity with the Ticketmaster suite of products including Archtics, TM Host, Presence, and TM1 is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as train, manage, and motivate others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with both coworkers and customers alike.
  • Role requires a logical thinker, someone who can work through unfamiliar situations as well as display the discipline required for attention to detail, procedures and accuracy.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude and workflow.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
  • Position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
