Opera Theatre of Saint Louis is seeking two Resident Assistant Stage Directors for the 2027 Festival Season. You will work directly alongside AGMA Stage Directors and Stage Managers by assisting with all aspects of production development throughout the rehearsal and performance process.
This seasonal, full-time position will require frequent nights and weekend hours, with physical demands up to 35 lbs. Compensation is $1,564.18 per week under AGMA terms and dates run April–June 2027.
