The Home Loan Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
Responsibilities- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
- Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
- Review and validate loan documents
- Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
- Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
- Mortgage experience preferred
- If not mortgage experience, bachelor degree with financial services experience
- Candidates with strong office experience / tenure in financial services will also be considered

Job Type: Contract to Hire – Position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
