Overview
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Home Loan Specialist to join their team in the St. Louis, MO area. The Home Loan Specialist will be responsible for reviewing loan documents, identifying and rectifying any inaccuracies that could lead to loan rejection related to changes in loan amount, interest rates, appraisal value, credit, etc. This individual is required to work 5 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities- Review loan documents and identify inaccuracies that could cause loan rejection (changes in loan amount, interest rates, appraisal value, credit, etc.).
- Rectify inaccuracies and communicate with internal underwriting and credit policy teams to clarify guidelines.
- Discuss potential resolutions for inaccuracies and obtain necessary approvals to see through the process.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Efficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior Financial Services experience.
- Associates Degree.
- Proficiency in Encompass software.
- Prior mortgage loan experience.
- Come from a Math background.
