Senior Accountant | Hybrid | St. Louis, MO | Up to $100K + Bonus
A rapidly growing multi-specialty healthcare organization in the Greater St. Louis area is seeking a Senior Accountant to support expansion and help build a centralized accounting function.
This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Controller with direct impact on financial operations across multiple specialty service lines.
What You’ll Do:- Own month-end close and general ledger activity
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis
- Strengthen internal controls and processes
- Oversee AP and bank reconciliations
- Support audits, budgeting, and physician compensation calculations
- Contribute to system and process improvements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- CPA and/or healthcare experience is a plus
Competitive base salary (up to $100K) + bonus, full benefits, and hybrid flexibility.
