The Central Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group of Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) has an opportunity for an experienced financial professional looking for a new and exciting challenge. The position will provide comprehensive reporting and analysis for Wells Fargo Advisors.

• Gather and consolidate key financial information and metric data across all WFA businesses
• Develop new and/or enhance existing financial and metric reports to improve efficiency of processes and provide effective data presentations to business
• Assist in the production of key reporting packages for senior leadership meetings
• Coordinate organizational hierarchy and account structure changes as part of monthly system maintenance process
• Partner with WFA Business Finance teams to complete annual plan, perform metric reporting and facilitate monthly close and forecast processes
• Partner with Wealth, Brokerage & Retirement (W ) FP&A to support segment level planning and reporting
• Assist in ad-hoc financial reporting as requested by business leaders
• Participate on project teams as needed

• 3+ years finance experience

• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills required
• Access experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience data collection and reporting experience technical finance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, dedication to accuracy, ability to work under tight deadlines and the ability to demonstrate positive behaviors while performing job responsibilities.
