Role Summary:
The Full-Charge Bookkeeper is the financial authority of the organization. This role owns accounting accuracy, payroll execution, cash control, reporting, and KPI oversight. The FCB ensures books are audit-ready, reconciled monthly, and financially actionable at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and oversee Quick Books Online
- Deliver monthly financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, AR/AP, cash snapshot, EBITDA)
- Manage AR aging and collections strategy
- Approve and manage AP and cash flow timing
- Process and oversee payroll, benefits, PTO, 1099s, and compliance
- Perform bank, credit card, loan, and fuel reconciliations
- Lead weekly finance & operations KPI meeting
- Track fixed assets, depreciation, loans, and equipment
- Coordinate with CPA, insurance audits, IFTA, licensing
KPIs:
- Financials delivered by the 15th monthly
