Loan Specialist

As a Home Loan Specialist, you will help keep our pipelines moving, our customers supported, and our internal processes running efficiently. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, communication, and a strong commitment to service.

• Execute routine data entry and data validation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Initiate essential third‑party service orders (title, appraisal, credit, flood certs, hazard, etc.).
• Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage routine inbound calls, emails, and chat requests.
• Monitor work queues and step in to resolve issues as needed.
• Support the team with additional tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors that reflect our culture, values, and customer‑first mindset.

• Mortgage experience preferred, OR.
• Bachelor’s degree paired with experience in financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Solid communication skills across phone, email, and chat.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time‑sensitive environment.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00 per hour.
