Budget & Treasury Analyst

As a Budget & Treasury Analyst with LCEF, you will be responsible for detailed analysis of budget performance, forecasting future needs, and supports strategic decision‑making. This role advises stakeholders on budget optimization.

• Analyze budget data, compare to actual expenditures, note deviations, and compile reports for budget stakeholders and leadership.
• Provide guidance in the preparation and justification of budget requests.
• Advise management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
• Interpret budgets to management.
• Assess past and current expenditures and assist leaders in developing budget and efficient use of funds.
• Assist with management of treasury functions and process treasury tasks, as needed.
• Assist with financial planning activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and analysis.
• Familiarity with best practices & regulations in accounting and financial areas.
• Experience using budgeting software tools.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
