What

You’ll Do

The Electronic Services Specialist I supports the daily processing of electronic banking services, including ACH, wires, mobile deposits, and online banking access. This role ensures transactions are processed accurately, securely, and in compliance with internal policies.

  • Review and process service tickets.
  • Process electronic giving applications.
  • Print and mail NSF notices as required.
  • Complete check audit for deposits and IRAs.
  • Review and reconcile new ACH requests.
  • Monitor online banking access, including profile setup, maintenance, and purges.
  • Review and approve mobile deposit transactions.
  • Process ACH setups and returns, including review of loan department requests.
  • Process debit card and check order requests.
  • Perform clearing check reviews and audits to identify potential fraudulent activity.
  • Conduct primary reviews of online banking external transfer audits, with a focus on debits over $15,000 and credits over $25,000.
  • Establish customer access to online banking products and services verifying user authority on accounts.
  • Process outgoing wire transfers.
  • Interact with partner bank and third-party vendors.
  • Complete annual B-notices.
What You’ll Need
  • Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration or related field, and 1 year of experience with retail banking operations, supporting card services or electronic funds transfers, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
